Montana Electric Cooperatives' Association is pleased to offer the FAA Part 107 Certification Course for Drone Certification on August 25 – 27, 2026 in Great Falls, MT. This training will be provided by Chad Nelson and an additional instructor from Quantum Dynamics.
Lunch and snacks will be provided both days of the classroom training. The third day will be the testing day.
The registration deadline for this course is Friday, July 17, 2026. This training is limited to 16 participants, so early registration is encouraged. No refunds for cancellations will be given after July 17, 2026 however, participant substitutions are welcome. We must have at least 10 people registered for the class to take place.
For those participants needing overnight accommodations in Great Falls, MECA has corporate rates at the Heritage Inn, the Staybridge Inn & Suites or the Springhill Suites Marriott.
To register, return the attached registration form as well as a photo copy of the participants driver’s license to Lea Potoczny at the Statewide office. This information must be correct and current or the participant will be denied the ability to test.
