Description of Event
This training will be held at the MECA statewide office on Thursday, July 17, 2025. This training is designed to help cooperative employees know the resources available to them in case of a disaster. The presenters will provide information about various resources, the processes that have to happen as well as disaster recovery plans.
In the morning, participants will hear from Thomas Maddalone, CLCP, CUSP, safety director at Kootenai Electric Cooperative.
In the afternoon, participants will hear from staff members of the Montana Disaster and Emergency Services Agency.
